Croissants, coffee and a lighter take on one of Dubai’s best-known French restaurants are heading to Jumeirah, with Le Café LPM set to open this September. The new venue comes from La Petite Maison Dubai and introduces a more casual format for the brand, built around easy daytime dining rather than the full restaurant experience the DIFC original is known for.
Jumeirah’s food scene is already packed with neighbourhood cafés, but this opening lands with a familiar name that carries weight in Dubai. Instead of special-occasion lunches and long business dinners, Le Café LPM is expected to focus on a quicker, more relaxed stop-in model, giving regulars a different way to tap into the restaurant’s French Mediterranean style. That makes it less about replacing the flagship and more about widening the brand’s reach into a part of the city where residents actually linger over morning coffee, light lunches and low-key catch-ups.
Few more details have been released yet on the exact menu, design or opening date beyond the September launch and Jumeirah location. Even so, the move says plenty about where Dubai dining is heading: proven restaurant names are no longer staying boxed into one format or one district. Jumeirah continues to attract concepts built for repeat visits, and Le Café LPM looks designed for exactly that kind of everyday traffic. If the launch lands well, expect this one to become less of a one-off headline and more of a new regular stop on the neighbourhood café circuit.
